摘要
国家治理现代化作为新时代的宏大主题,其本质具有战略性、全局性,为高职院校的育人工作提供方向指引。在高职教育进入高质量发展的新阶段,需要将党建与思政教育协同育人置于国家治理现代化视域下重新审视,以法治化治理方式提升育人组织力,以多元化治理主体汇聚育人向心力,以集约化治理过程提升育人执行力,以高质化治理内容提高育人吸引力,以信息化治理手段激发育人创新力,多措并举提升育人实效。
As the grand theme of national governance modernization in the new era,its nature is strategic and global,and it can also provide directional guidance in the relatively microscopic field of human education in higher education institutions.In the new stage of high-quality development of higher education,it is necessary to re-examine the collaborative education of party building and civic education in the context of national governance modernization,to enhance the organizational power of human education with rule of law governance,to gather the centripetal power of human education with diversified governance subjects,to enhance the executive power of human education with intensive governance process,to improve the attractiveness of human education with high-quality governance content,to stimulate the innovative power of human education with information-based governance means,and to enhance the effectiveness of human education with multiple measures.
