摘要
科技是夯实社会治理体系的第一要素,科技水平的日新月异为社会治理方式和治理效能的转型升级提供了强大的内生动力和科技支撑。新疆“智治”的实践过程表明,社会治理智能化对国家治理体系和能力现代化发挥了重大效能,极大提升了社会治理的精准性、协同性。
Science and technology is the first element of consolidating the social governance system.The changing level of science and technology provides a strong internal driving force and scientific and technological support for the transformation and upgrading of social governance methods and governance efficiency.The practice of“smart governance”in Xinjiang shows that intelligent social governance has played a significant role in the modernization of national governance system and capacity,and greatly improved the precision and coordination of social governance.
