摘要
目的 评价视频健康教育结合个性化心理干预在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用价值。方法 筛选2019年3月至2022年5月就诊于台州市中医院的106例稳定期COPD患者作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分成2组。对照组(53例)行常规护理干预,观察组(53例)给予视频健康教育结合个性化心理干预。比较2组在干预前后的护理效果。结果 相较于干预前,2组在干预2个月后的用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积和一秒率均更大,6分钟步行距离均更长,幸福进取者问卷各维度评分和总分均更高,以及用药依从性、康复依从性和饮食依从性评分也均更高(P均<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组在干预2个月后的上述指标和评分均更优(P均<0.05)。结论 视频健康教育结合个性化心理干预可明显改善稳定期COPD患者的肺功能和心理状态,增强其运动耐力,提高其治疗依从性。
Objective To evaluate the application value of video health education combined with individualized psychological intervention in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods A total of 106 stable COPD patients who were admitted to Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(53 cases)received video health education combined with individualized psychological intervention.The nursing effect before and after intervention was compared between the two groups.Results Compared to before the intervention,the forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were all greater after 2 months of intervention,and the 6-minute walking distance was longer.The scores of all dimensions and total scores of the Happy Enterprising Individual Questionnaire were higher,as well as the scores of medication compliance,rehabilitation compliance,and dietary compliance were also higher(all P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group showed better results in the above indicators and scores after 2 months of intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of video health education and individualized psychological intervention can significantly improve the lung function and psychological state of stable COPD patients,enhance their exercise endurance,and improve their treatment compliance.
