摘要
目的:探究社区老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称慢阻肺)患者对基于移动医疗的健康教育的需求及建议。方法:采用半结构式访谈法收集北京市12名社区老年慢阻肺患者对基于移动医疗的健康教育的需求及建议,并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果:共提炼出4个主题,包括基于移动医疗的健康教育的使用需求、基于移动医疗的健康教育的内容需求、基于移动医疗的健康教育的功能需求、基于移动医疗的健康教育的设计需求。结论:利用移动医疗手段进行健康教育之前首先应充分了解患者的使用意愿,基于其对知识和教育形式的需求,及时推送准确、易于理解且具有针对性的健康教育内容;健康教育软件的界面应简洁明了,操作步骤简化,便于老年人群使用。
Objective:To explore the needs of health education based on mobile health in community-dwelling older patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD).Methods:A semi-structured interview was conducted in 12 older patients with COPD in a community.Results:Four themes emerged from the data:usage needs,contents needs,function needs,and design needs of health education based on mobile health.Conclusion:Before providing health education based on mobile health,we should fully understand patients'needs and send accurate,easy-to-understand and targeted health information in time by mobile platform.In addition,the interface of health education software should be concise and clear,and the operation steps should be simplified as much as possible,to facilitate the use in older patients with COPD.
