摘要
目的分析口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月本院收治的50例牙列缺损患者为研究对象,并将其按照抽签法分为参照组和研究组,每组25例。参照组采用传统义齿修复,研究组采用口腔种植修复治疗,比较治疗后的临床疗效。结果相比参照组,研究组治疗总有效率更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的口腔检查指标(菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、龈沟出血指数)和探诊出血指标明显优于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比参照组,研究组牙齿功能复常时间和治疗总时间更短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的口腔功能(发声功能、美观程度、固定度、咀嚼功能)和舒适度等分值显著高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损可获取理想的效果,不仅将治疗效果显著提高,同时可将治疗时间变短,牙齿功能较大程度的改善,具有较高的可行性。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dental implant repair in the treatment of dentition defect.Methods 50 patients with dentition defect in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into groups by drawing lots.Twenty-five patients were selected for traditional denture restoration,that is the reference group,and twenty-five patients were selected for oral implant restoration,that is the study group,and the clinical efficacy after treatment was compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The oral examination indexes of the study group after treatment,namely,plaque index,periodontal probing depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index and probing bleeding index,were significantly better than those of the reference group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the recovery time of dental function and the total treatment time of the study group were shorter,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The oral function of the study group after treatment,that is the scores of vocal function,aesthetic degree,fixed capital,chewing function and comfort level were significantly higher than those of the reference group,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant restoration can obtain ideal results in the treatment of dentition defect,which not only significantly improves the treatment effect,but also shorts the treatment time and improves the dental function to a greater extent,which has high feasibility.
