Analysis of the Efficacy of Combined Orthodontics and Implant Dentures in the Treatment of Adult Malocclusion and Dentition Defects

摘要目的探讨成人错颌畸形及牙列缺损治疗中口腔正畸联合种植义齿修复的疗效。方法回顾性选取2020年2月—2023年2月山东省新泰市人民医院成人错颌畸形及牙列缺损患者200例的临床资料,依据治疗方法分为口腔正畸联合种植义齿治疗组(联合治疗组)、单独种植义齿治疗组(单独治疗组),各100例。统计分析两组临床疗效、牙齿功能、生活质量、美观效果、治疗过程中的并发症发生情况。结果联合治疗组患者的修复优良率为91.00%,高于单独治疗组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.072,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的牙齿功能评分均高于治疗前,生活质量评分均低于治疗前,且联合治疗组均优于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的咬合正常率、覆盖完整率、排列整齐率、自然洁白率均高于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的麻醉并发症发生率低于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成人错颌畸形及牙列缺损治疗中口腔正畸联合种植义齿修复的疗效较单独种植义齿修复显著。 Objective To explore the efficacy of orthodontics combined with implant dentures in the treatment of adult malocclusion and dentition defects.Methods The clinical date of 200 adult patients with malocclusion and dentition defects at the People′s Hospital of Xintai City,Shandong Province from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they were divided into an orthodontic combined implant denture treatment group(combined treatment group)and a single implant denture treatment group(single treatment group),with 100 patients in each group.Statistical analysis was conducted on the clinical efficacy,dental function,quality of life,aesthetic effects,and incidence of complications during treatment in two groups.Results The excellent and good repair rate of patients in the combined treatment group was 91.00%higher than that in the single treatment group,which was 75.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.072,P<0.05).The dental function scores of both groups of patients after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the quality of life scores were lower than before treatment.The combined treatment group was better than the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal occlusion rate,complete coverage rate,neat arrangement rate,and natural whitening rate of patients in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of anesthesia complications in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of adult malocclusion and dentition defects,the effect of orthodontics combined with implant denture restoration is more significant than that of implant denture restoration alone.
