摘要
传统村落是中华民族历经几千年农耕文明留下的伟大遗产,也是历史记忆和文化艺术的结晶,承载着广大乡村村民的情思乡愁。文章以滁州市传统村落为研究对象,通过实地调研和访谈的方法,对滁州市传统村落保护现状进行分析,发现滁州市传统村落活力不足,空心化严重;古建易损,保护意识不强;财政紧张,资金来源不足等问题。根据滁州市实际情况和条件,从完善相关责任机制、确保资金支持到位、发掘村落文化遗产、合理开发文化旅游、发展乡村特色产业和积极培养相关人才等方面提出了当地传统村落保护对策,为滁州市传统村落保护和发展提供参考。
Traditional villages constitute indispensable legacies passed down by the multimillennial agricultural civilization that is the Chinese,capable of triggering sentiments and nostalgia among villagers as historical reminiscence and quintessential products of cultural arts.Against this backdrop,this study selected Chuzhou City's traditional villages as the research subjects,conducted field surveys and interviews to analyze the status quo of the city's efforts in traditional village protection,and eventually discovered such issues as inadequate village vitality,showing signs of severe hollowing out;structurally vulnerable ancient buildings from the lack of protection awareness;financial strains due to insufficient funding.Serving as references for Chuzhou City's upcoming traditional village protection and development,this study correspondingly proposed some protective countermeasures by taking into account not only the local circumstances but also such aspects as accountability mechanism improvement,funding guarantees,cultivation of relevant workforce and development of cultural legacy,cultural tourism,as well as distinct rural industries.
