摘要
人工肝血液净化系统在肝衰竭等器官衰竭的临床救治上得到了广泛应用,并被证明具有很好的疗效。为了规范和更新人工肝血液净化系统的临床应用,中华医学会感染病学分会肝衰竭与人工肝学组等多家单位组织国内有关专家,结合国内外最新研究进展,在2016年版指南的基础上更新形成了《人工肝血液净化系统治疗指南(2023年版)》。本指南从治疗模式选择、抗凝方案应用、护理及其操作、适应证与相对禁忌证、常见并发症及处理和管理制度等方面进行了全面阐述,对应用人工肝血液净化系统救治重症患者提供了重要指导意见。
The artificial liver blood purification system(ALBPS),referred to as artificial liver system(ALS),has been extensively used in the treatment of the patients with liver failure or other organ failures,and its efficacy has been well-documented.To further standardize the clinical application of ALBPS,the Liver Failure and Artificial Liver Group,Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases,Chinese Medical Association and other institutions invited experts to update the 2016 version of ALBPS guideline and develop the Guidelines on application of artificial liver blood purification system(version 2023).In line with the latest international research advancements,this updated guideline comprehensively elaborates on various aspects of ALBPS,including treatment mode selection,anticoagulation program implementation,nursing and operational procedures,indications and relative contraindications,common complications and their management,as well as management regulations of the system.This guideline will provide the guidance for effective application of ALBPS in the treatment of critically ill patients.
