两种人工肝治疗模式在慢加急性乙型肝炎肝衰竭的短期效果对比 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较血浆置换(plasma exchange, PE)与双重血浆分子吸附系统(double plasma molecular absorb system, DPMAS)两种治疗模式在慢加急性乙型肝炎肝衰竭的短期效果。方法选取慢加急性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者共42例,按时间顺序分为2组,DPMAS组22例,PE组20例。观察两组患者治疗前后肝功、血常规、凝血功能、电解质及MELD评分。结果两组患者治疗后TBIL、DBIL、MELD评分均有所下降(P<0.05)。结论在患者凝血功能较好的情况下,DPMAS可以代替PE来降低患者TBIL、DBIL,此治疗模式值得推广。 Objective To compare the short-term effects of plasma exchange and double plasma molecular absorb system on chronic and acute hepatitis B liver failure. Methods A total of 42 patients with chronic and acute hepatitis B hepatic failure were selected and divided into two groups according to the time sequence. There were 22 patients in DPMAS group and 20 patients in PE group. Liver function, blood routine, coagulation function, electrolyte and MELD scores were observed before and after treatment. Results The scores of TBIL, DBIL and MELD in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion DPMAS can replace PE to reduce TBIL and DBIL in patients with better coagulation function, which is worthy of promotion.
