基于改进麻雀算法的风光水储优化配置方法

摘要 再生能源发电是构建我国清洁能源体系的核心,风光水可再生能源发电系统是新型电力系统的重要特征。针对风光水分布式可再生能源发电系统的随机性、不确定性等特点,提出了综合考虑风光水不确定性的风光水储优化配置及调度策略,并利用改进麻雀算法进行求解。针对麻雀算法的早熟和收敛性慢等问题,从改善种群多样性、增强全局探索能力和边界处理机制等方面对麻雀搜索算法进行改进;并利用改进的麻雀算法结合实际电网风光水互补特性进行优化配置计算。结果表明,所构建的风光水联合优化调度模型能够较好地提升风光消纳水平,提出的算法具有较高的求解效率。 Generations using renewable energies are the core of constructing clean energy system of China.Generation system integrating wind/PV/hydro sources is an important feature of new type power system.In view of randomness and uncertainty of wind/PV/hydro distributed generation system,this paper proposes an optimal scheduling strategy considering comprehensively uncertainties of wind,photovoltaic,and hydropower generations,and uses the improved sparrow algorithm to solve the problem.To overcome precocity and slow convergence of sparrow algorithm,improvements are made from the aspects of population diversity,global exploration ability,and boundary processing mechanism.By combining actual wind/PV/hydro complementation characteristics with the improved Sparrow algorithm,optimal scheduling calculation is conducted.The results show that the wind/PV/hydro combined scheduling model constructed in this paper can better improve absorption and consumption of wind and PV power,and the proposed algorithm has a high solving efficiency.
