摘要
文章总结了黄廷荣教授基于“脾胃理论”,结合病因病机辨治痛风的经验。其认为痛风发作,脾胃虚弱为本,湿热痰浊为标,治疗当重在“健脾泄浊,清利湿热”。
Based on the theory of spleen and stomach,this paper summarized Professor Huang Tingrong's experience in treating gout from the perspective of etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation.Professor Huang emphasized gout attack in clinical diagnosis,weakness of the spleen and stomach as the basis,damp heat phlegm as the standard.The treatment should focus on“strengthening spleen and expelling turbidity,clearing moist heat”.
