摘要
土茯苓为百合科植物光叶菝葜的块茎。药理研究显示,其在体外抑菌、免疫抑制、抗炎镇痛、治疗肾病、保护心脑血管系统方面有明显疗效。主治湿热瘀阻、妇科疾病、梅毒、胃溃疡、偏头疼、皮炎、乙肝、肾病、痛风、肿瘤等。通过对土茯苓成分分离鉴定、药理作用、临床应用等方面的研究进展进行总结,为开发土茯苓资源提供参考。
Smilax glabra Roxb is rhizome of lily plants Smilax glabra.It has significant effect on inhibiting the growth of bacteria,inhibiting the immune,resisting inflammation,curing nephropathy,protecting the cardiovascular system.Smilax glabra Roxb can be used to treat syndrome of stagnant dampness-heat,gynecological diseases,syphilis,gastric ulcer,migraine,dermatitis,hepatitis B,nephropathy,gout,tumor.Isolation and identification of Smilax glabra Roxb's active ingredients,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Smilax glabra Roxb etc.were introduced for developing Smilax glabra Roxb resource.
