摘要
毕业生就业问题在当今社会已经成为国家关注的重要社会问题。在各专业、各层次的毕业生中,高职中医专业毕业生就业问题更为严峻。他们既在学历方面处于劣势,又因中医在社会普通看重年龄和从业经验的行业特点而不被青睐。但是高职学生也有其自身优势,结合高职中医学生特点,注重课程思政,培养爱老、敬老、献身养老事业的择业观念,有助于更好的为培养社会急需人才。
Unemployment of graduate has become a significant concern recently.Among graduates from various majors and academic backgrounds,higher vocational traditional Chinese medicine graduates face the toughest job market.They not only have a disadvantage in terms of academic qualifications but also encounter industry-specific preferences for age and professional experience in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.However,higher vocational students also possess their own strengths.By considering the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine students from higher vocational schools,emphasizing ideological education in the curriculum,and fostering a career perspective that values caring for and dedicating themselves to the elderly care profession,it can contribute to better addressing the pressing need for talent development in our society.
