摘要
为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,不断完善高校就业服务体系,通过调研某高校在校大学生就业观念现状,对学生就业观方面存在的缺乏系统性职业规划、专业信心不足、实习实践效果不理想、自身社会定位不明确、就业创业政策平台使用了解不足等问题进行了深入分析研究,结合当前就业状况提出职业生涯规划引导、优化学科结构、加强就业观念引领、精准实习实训、“三管齐下”构筑校园就业育人网络、完善就业服务平台六个方面的改进对策,构建学校就业反馈体系,促进学生实现高质量就业。
In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and continuously improve the employment service system in universities,a survey study was conducted to investigate one university students’views on employment.The results of the survey suggested that among university students’views on employment there existed such problems as lack of systematic career planning,lack of professional confidence,unsatisfactory internship practice effects,unclear social positioning,and insufficient understanding of employment and entrepreneurship policy platforms.These problems were further analyzed.Based on the current employment situation,six improvement strategies are therefore proposed in this article,namely guiding career planning,optimizing disciplinary structure,strengthening employment concept guidance,organizing targeted internships and practical practices,establishing a campus employment and education network by means of“a three pronged approach”,and improving employment service platforms.Moreover,a university employment feedback system needs to be established so as to promote students to seek for high⁃quality employment.
