摘要
为响应国家、省、市、县四级自然资源管理部门关于国土空间规划体系建立与监督实施要求,采用微服务、地理信息系统、模型构建等先进技术,搭建了市级国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统,建设了一张图与N个平台,开发了自然资源数据成果治理、指标管理、模型管理、成果质检、监测评估、后台运维等功能,实现了国土空间规划全周期管理,有效提高管理能力及治理水平。
In response to the requirements of natural resources management departments at the national,provincial,municipal and county levels for the establishment and supervision of the implementation of the spatial planning system,advanced technologies such as microservices,geographic information systems and model construction were used to build a municipal one-map implementation and supervision information system.One map and N platforms were constructed;functions such as natural resources data results governance,indicator management,model management,results quality inspection,monitoring and evaluation,and back-office operation and maintenance were developed.Full-cycle management of spatial planning was realized to effectively improve the management capacity and level of governance.
