摘要
教育数字化改革是推动教育治理现代化的重要抓手和驱动力。浙江以应用场景建设为切入点,不断深挖教育数字化改革的三层需要,在对教育数字化应用场景内涵界定的基础上,创新教育数字化应用场景的实现机制,最终形成以人为本的数字学习新模式、构筑集约高效的数字教育新基建、构建数字驱动的教育治理新格局的三条推进路径,为教育数字治理积累了浙江经验。
Digital education reform is an important lever and driving force to drive educational reform and development with digital technology and promote the modernization of educational governance.Zhejiang takes the construction of application scenarios as the starting point,continuously delving into digital education reform.Based on the definition of the connotation of educational digital application scenarios,the design concept is put forword.And through practice and exploration,it forms three practical paths to promote a people-oriented digital learning model,build an intensive and efficient digital education new infrastructure,and a new pattern of digital driven education governance.This has accumulated Zhejiang experience for digital governance in education and contributed to the formation of a new ecosystem of digital application in the field of education.
