摘要
绿色建筑和智能建筑一体化发展对于推动我国建筑事业实现可持续发展及降低建筑工程对环境造成的污染问题具有促进意义。绿色建筑和智能建筑一体化发展作为以绿色生态型建筑为基础,采用智能系统降低建筑能耗数值,其发展关键要素围绕资源节约化、高效集成化及环境舒适化展开。文章为进一步对绿色建筑和智能建筑一体化发展关键要素的分析与研究,选取A工程作为研究案例,结合绿色建筑和智能建筑一体化发展要素展开具体设计,以此为广大学者提供参考帮助。
The integrated development of green building and intelligent building is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of China's construction industry and reducing the pollution problems caused by construction projects to the environment.As the integrated development of green building and intelligent building is based on the green ecological building,using intelligent system to reduce the building energy consumption value,the key elements of its development are to focus on resource conservation,efficient integration and environmental comfort.In order to further analyze and study the key elements of the integrated development of green building and intelligent building,this paper selects the A project as the research case,and carries out specific design based on the integrated development elements of green building and intelligent building,so as to provide reference and help for the majority of scholars.
