摘要
该文面向新能源汽车领域人才需求,在充分分析当前电工与电子技术实验教学中存在问题的基础上,针对教学理念与社会发展不适应、教学内容与岗位需要不一致、考核结果与能力水平不协调和学生学习特征与传统教学方法不匹配四个教学痛点,对鄂尔多斯应用技术学院汽车服务工程专业的电工与电子技术实验课程进行优化设计。构建基于OBE教学理念和PBL的应用型教学模式,开发面向岗位能力需求的应用型教学内容,建立多元分阶教学评价体系,旨在将岗位能力需求和教学预期产出与专业知识点的设计结合起来,使学生的岗位适应能力和创新能力显著提高。
Facing the talent demand in the field of new energy vehicles,this paper fully analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of Electrician and Electronic Technology Experiment course.We conduct research on four teaching pain points,namely,the mismatch between teaching concept and social development,the inconsistency between teaching content and post needs,the inconsistency between assessment results and ability level,and the mismatch between students'learning characteristics and traditional teaching methods.We have optimized the Electrical and Electronic Technology Experimental courses for Automotive Service Engineering major in ORDOS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,built an applied teaching model based on OBE teaching concept and PBL,developed applied teaching content oriented to job ability requirements,and established a multi-level teaching evaluation system.Its purpose is to combine the demand for post ability and expected teaching output with the design of professional knowledge points,so that students'post adaptability and innovation ability can be significantly improved.
