摘要
结合工程案例,主要对石油化工设备弹性支撑和滑动支撑的类型、方式和特点进行了对比和讨论。经过研究得出结论:在石油化工设备及其连接的管道系统中,可以通过增加设备的弹性支撑和滑动支撑来解决设备管口及其连接管线热应力超标的问题。在选用时,应根据应力计算结果,并结合设备特点、空间占用等因素合理确定。
Based on some engineering cases,this papermainly compares and discusses the types,modes,and characteristics of elastic support and sliding support for petrochemical equipment.Through research,it is concluded that in petrochemical equipment and its connected pipeline system,the problem of excessive thermal stress at the equipment nozzle and its connecting pipeline can be solved by increasing the elastic support and sliding support of the equipment.When selecting,it should be reasonably determined based on the stress calculation results,combinedwith equipment characteristics,space occupation,and other factors.
