摘要
                
                    管道应力分析的目的是保证设备与管道的安全运行,并且在此前提下尽量保证管道的美观性和经济性,避免不必要的柔性弯。通过CAESAR II对再沸器管线进行应力分析,对再沸器支架的模拟采用了刚性支撑单元和钢结构两种方式,并介绍了钢结构单元参数的计算方法,得出了将设备支架模拟为钢结构可以改善管口受力,并能节约材料的结论。
                
                The purpose of piping stress analysis is to ensure the safety of equipment and pipelines. On this premise, the pipeline aesthetics and economy should be ensured and unnecessary flexible bends should be avoided. The reboiler pipeline is analyzed by CAESAR Ⅱ, the support is simulated with two models, rigid support unit and steel structure unit. The calculation method of the steel structure unit parameters is introduced. The conclusion that using the steel structure support can reduce the nozzle load and save material has been drawn.
