摘要
Edge intelligence[1,2]is a novel paradigm for deploying artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms on local end devices where sensory data or signals are generated.Driven by the rapid advancements in AI and Internet of Things(IoT)technologies,edge intelligence facilitates the acceleration of the development of computation-intensive AI applications on smart edge devices,meeting the urgent demands for zillions of bytes of data processing and decision-making capacity at the edge[1,2].

Corresponding author:沈国震,received his B.S.degree(1999)in Chemistry from Anhui Normal University and Ph.D.degree(2003)in Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China.He joined the School of Integrated Circuits and Electronics,Beijing Institute of Technology as a professor in 2022.His current research focuses on flexible electronics and printable electronics,including transistors,photodetectors,sensors,and flexible energy-storage devices.E-mail address:gzshen@bit.edu.cn;化麒麟,received his Ph.D.degree in Microelectronics from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(2016).He then joined Tsinghua University(2016-2018),and Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems,Chinese Academy of Science(2018-2022).He is currently an associate professor at Beijing Institute of Technology,China.His research interest includes flexible/stretchable electronics,nanoelectronics,and neuromorphic engineering.
