摘要
中国坚持全球治理理念的道术相济与内外兼修。真正的多边主义,不仅有利于促进国家间合作,更是联结国家治理与全球治理的纽带。好的国家治理可为全球治理减负增效,公平正义的全球治理体系可为国家治理体系完善提供良好的外部环境。中国正通过对多元主义的去粗取精和对虚假多边主义的去伪存真,探索出一条“多”与“边”相辅相成的真正的多边主义道路,并以此为思想指引,在全球三大倡议中坚持守正创新,为全球治理作出全方位贡献。
China adheres to the concept of global governance,Balancing value with instrumental rationality.True multilateralism not only promotes cooperation among states,but also links national governance and global governance.Good national governance can relief the burden and increase the efficiency of global governance,and a fair and just global governance system can provide a good external environment for the improvement of national governance system.China is exploring a true path of multilateralism,in which multilateralism and pluralism complement each other,by eliminating the weaknesses of pluralism and critic the false multilateralism.Taking this as a guide,China is committed to upholding integrity and innovation in the three major global initiatives and making comprehensive contributions.
