摘要
运用新时间地理学理论,从微观时空行为视角出发,聚焦“家—社区”地方秩序体系,揭示多维复杂情境下老年群体的时空行为特征、企划—活动系统及制约因素,构建老年友好社区规划的框架体系。在存量更新背景下围绕时空行为与空间资源的精准适配,从交通系统适应性与适老化优化、公共服务设施精准配置及联合布局、公共空间均衡化与组合嵌套布局、混龄及全龄社区建设与住房适老化改造等方面提出老年友好社区规划策略,为建设全龄友好城市提供理论和方法支撑。
Utilizing the framework of new time geography and centering on the"home-community"local order system at the micro spatial-temporal level,the spatial-temporal behavior characteristics,planning activities,and constraints of the senior population within multidimensional and intricate contexts are elucidated.Given these characteristics,a comprehensive framework for the planning of senior-friendly community is established.Within the context of built-up area renewal,the study directs attention towards the precise adaptation of spatiotemporal behavior and spatial resources.To this end,strategic planning measures for creating senior-friendly community are proposed.These measures encompass enhancing transportation system adaptability and aging optimization,ensuring the precise configuration and joint layout of public service facilities,implementing a balanced and nested layout of public spaces,promoting the construction of mixed-age and all-age communities,and facilitating housing aging transformation.Theoretical and methodological support is thus provided for the development of all-age friendly city for all age groups.
