摘要
发展关乎一个社会的存续与兴衰,决定人类现代化何以可能。党的二十大提出高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。从生成逻辑来看,它体现了中国共产党对人类社会发展规律的科学研判、是一百多年来探索现代化发展道路而得出的必然结论、是在把握重大机遇与现实挑战中实现发展水平新跃升的时代要求。从实践路径来看,高质量发展应在发展理念、产业体系、经济制度、开放水平等方面对标社会主义现代化强国目标。从价值意蕴来看,以高质量发展推进中国式现代化不仅厚植了经济社会的物质技术根基,而且提升了人类文明新形态的中国创造力和国际影响力,为建构中国式现代化的理论体系提供了丰富资源,从而实现了对西方现代化的全面超越。
Development is related to the survival and rise and fall of a society,determining what human modernization can achieve.The 20th National Congress of the CPC proposed that high-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.From the perspective of generative logic,it reflects the scientific research and judgment of the CPC on the development law of human society,the inevitable conclusion drawn from the exploration of the road of modernization development for more than a hundred years,and the requirements of the times to achieve a new leap in the level of development in seizing major opportunities and practical challenges.From a practical perspective,high-quality development should benchmark against the goal of building a socialist modernized country in terms of development concepts,industrial systems,economic systems,and openness.From the perspective of value implication,promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development not only deepens the material and technological foundation of the economic society,but also improves the Chinese creativity and international influence of the new form of human civilization,provides rich resources for the construction of the theoretical system of Chinese-style modernization,and thus realizes the overall transcendence of western modernization.
