摘要
在社会进步、科技发展以及人民生活水平提高的背景下,餐厨垃圾规范处理逐渐引起广泛关注。临沂市餐厨垃圾无害化处理和资源化利用项目收运范围已覆盖六区五县。基于区域餐厨垃圾特点,临沂市以具有良好环境效益和经济效益的厌氧发酵技术为核心,建立餐厨垃圾综合处理系统。该系统餐厨垃圾的设计处理能力为300 t/d,地沟油的设计处理能力为20 t/d。2018—2023年,总收入达到1.86亿元,其中油脂销售收入占总收入的38.85%。依据系统特征和运行情况,本文针对管理和技术两个层面存在的问题,提出政策建议,以实现绿色可持续发展,为临沂市建设“无废城市”提供支撑。
Against the backdrop of social progress,technological development,and the improvement of people’s living standards,the standardized treatment of kitchen waste has gradually attracted widespread attention.The collection and transportation scope of the harmless treatment and resource utilization project of kitchen waste in Linyi City has covered six districts and five counties.Based on the characteristics of regional kitchen waste,Linyi City has established a comprehensive treatment system for kitchen waste with anaerobic fermentation technology as the core,which has good environmental and economic benefits.The designed processing capacity of the system for kitchen waste is 300 t/d,and the designed processing capacity for gutter oil is 20 t/d.From 2018 to 2023,the total revenue reaches 186 million yuan,of which oil and fat sales accounts for 38.85%of the total revenue.Based on the characteristics and operation of the system,this paper proposes policy recommendations to address the problems in management and technology,in order to achieve green and sustainable development and provide support for the construction of a“zero-waste city”in Linyi City.
