摘要
通过绘制储粮品质研究的科学知识图谱,揭示储粮品质的发展脉络与研究现状,对现代储粮技术发展具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。借助CiteSpace文献计量工具,选取CNKI中文核心期刊和CSSCI来源期刊,对2000—2022年储粮品质领域970篇研究文献进行分析与归纳。结果表明:①储粮品质发文机构主要集中在河南工业大学,各机构间的合作较少,机构合作网络具有地域特征,同一区域的科研机构的合作更为密切。②研究群体形成了完整的研究体系。③“储粮品质”和“储粮害虫”是高频关键词的两个重要节点,在高频关键词分析的基础上对储粮害虫防治进行了详细的梳理。④强度最强的突现词是“储粮害虫”,近几年的研究热点是“预测模型”、“品质变化”和“食用品质”。表明储粮品质研究具有明显的经济导向性。综上所述,加强储粮生态系统基础理论研究,推广绿色储粮技术的研究与应用,建立新型储粮系统,形成多学科、多领域交叉互融的发展模式对于粮食储藏领域的研究意义重大。
By the scientific knowledge of grain storage quality research,the article shows the development and research status of grain storage quality.It has significant theoretical value and practical significance to the development of modern grain storage technology.By choosing CNKI core journals and CSSCI source journals,970 research articles on grain storage quality from 2000 to 2022 were analyzed and synthesized with the aid of CiteSpace's bibliometric tool.The results showed that:①The majority of grain storage quality issuing institutions were concentrated at Henan University of Technology,there was less institutional cooperation between them,the institutional cooperation network had geographical characteristics,and there was tighter cooperation between scientific institutions in the same area.②The research groups created a comprehensive system of research,with Tang Fang academic group advancing the study of predicting grain storage quality and Zhang Lailin academic group focusing primarily on nitrogen-filled gas conditioning.Ju Xingrong academic group also made significant contributions to the study of grain storage processing quality.③The two significant nodes of high-frequency keywords were"grain storage quality"and"grain storage pests,"and on the basis of the analysis of high-frequency keywords,a thorough review of grain storage pest management was carried out.④The strongest emerging word was"grain storage pest,"and"prediction model""quality change"and"eating quality"had been the hottest study areas in recent years.It demonstrated that the study of grain storage quality has a clear business focus.It was crucial to advance research into the fundamentals of the grain storage ecosystem,to encourage the development and use of green grain storage technology,to establish new grain storage systems,and to create a multidisciplinary and cross-disciplinary development model for the grain storage industry.
