摘要
饮食营养和人们的身体健康密不可分,饮食和营养不匹配会造成饮食营养失衡,危害人们的身心健康,唯有正确认识饮食营养,科学合理地安排饮食,才能促进人们的身心健康发展。本文分析了饮食营养失衡的原因,包括饮食习惯不规律、膳食结构不合理、烹调加工不严谨以及营养搭配不科学。重点从养成良好的饮食习惯、平衡膳食、均衡调节食物比重、严谨烹饪、遵循烹饪工艺加工、健康饮食以及按需搭配饮食营养等方面,探讨了科学合理饮食的途径。
Dietary nutrition is closely related to people’s physical health.Mismatch between diet and nutrition can lead to nutritional imbalance and harm people’s physical and mental health.Only by correctly understanding dietary nutrition and scientifically and reasonably arranging diet can we promote the development of people’s physical and mental health.This article analyzes the reasons for imbalanced dietary nutrition,including irregular dietary habits,unreasonable dietary structure,imprecise cooking and processing,and unscientific nutritional combinations.This paper mainly discusses the ways of scientific and reasonable diet from the aspects of developing good eating habits,balanced diet,balanced adjustment of food proportion,rigorous cooking,following cooking process,healthy diet and on-demand diet nutrition.
