摘要
试验以水翁花为原料,乙醇为提取剂,通过超声波辅助法提取水翁花多酚,并研究水翁花多酚提取物体外抗氧化和抑菌活性。结果表明,水翁花多酚质量浓度80μg/mL时,其对ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基和羟自由基清除率分别达到90.22%±1.21%,94.01%±0.08%和32.72%±5.99%,表明水翁花多酚具有较好的抗氧化活性。此外,水翁花多酚质量浓度500μg/mL时,其在体外对革兰阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和革兰阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)均具有明显抑菌作用,表明水翁花多酚具有较好抑菌活性。
Polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic assisted method with buds of Cleistocalyx operculatus as raw material and ethanol as extraction agent.In addition,the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of polyphenols extracts were studied in vitro.The results showed that when the concentration of polyphenols was 80μg/mL,the scavenging rates of ABTS+radical,DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical were 90.22%±1.21%,94.01%±0.08%and 32.72%±5.99%,respectively.The results showed that the polyphenols from buds of Cleistocalyx operculatus had good antioxidant activity.In addition,when the concentration of polyphenols from buds of Cleistocalyx operculatus was 500μg/mL,it had obvious antibacterial effect on gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli)and gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus)in vitro.The results showed that the polyphenols from buds of Cleistocalyx operculatus had good antibacterial activity.
