摘要
查阅国内外相关文献,对近年来水翁花的化学成分和药理作用研究进展进行全面总结,为水翁花的资源开发利用提供参考。目前已从水翁花中分离得到黄酮类、酚类、三萜类、木脂素、甾醇类和挥发油等多种化合物。药理研究发现其具有抗炎、解热镇痛、抗内毒素、诱导癌细胞凋亡、保肝及降血糖等多种活性。关于水翁花的化学成分和药理研究逐年增多,且逐渐深入。水翁花应用前景广泛,但临床应用和制剂开发研究较少,需要进一步开发挖掘其药用价值。
Summarize the research progress of chemical composition and pharmacological action of cleistocalyx operculatusin recent years to provide reference for the development and utilization of this plant.It was reviewed and summarized from the relevant literatures in China and abroad.The main chemical components of cleistocalyx operculatus were flavonoids,phenols,triterpenes,lignans,sterols and essential oils,etc.with main pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic,anti-endotoxin,induction of cancer cell apoptosis,liver protection and hypoglycemic activities.There are many studies on chemical constituents and pharmacology of cleistocalyx operculatus in recent years,Wide application prospect.but there are few researches on clinical application and formulation development,so it is necessary to further develop and tap its medicinal value.
