摘要
基于先进无线5G技术及液压系统软硬件,搭建掘进机电控系统主框架、CAN通信框架和电控模块,设计了掘进机智能电控系统,运用试验的方法对掘进机智能电控系统控制精度进行研究分析。研究结果表明:设计的掘进机智能电控系统控制精度在40 mm以内,满足巷道掘进100 mm施工要求,该研究为掘进机自动、智能化升级改造及智能电控系统的优化和改善提供技术支持及参考依据。
Based on the advanced wireless 5G technology and the software and hardware of the hydraulic system,the main frame,CAN communication frame and electronic control module for the electronic control system of the boring machine have been built and the intelligent electronic control system of the boring machine has been designed,the control accuracy of the intelligent electronic control system for the boring machine has studied and analyzed by using the test method.The research results show that the control accuracy of the intelligent electronic control system of the boring machine designed is within 40 mm,which meets the requirements of the tunnel excavation of 100 mm,the research provides technical support and reference basis for the automatic and intelligent upgrading of the boring machine and the optimization and improvement of the intelligent electronic control system.
