摘要
控制平台是掘进机设备的核心,其性能好坏会对掘进效率和质量产生重要的影响。以煤矿中使用较多的EBZ260型悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,在对掘进机主要技术参数介绍的基础上,对基于PLC控制器的控制平台整体方案进行了详细设计。控制平台中使用的控制器型号为Connect Core 6UL,分析了控制平台中的信号采集电路和通信接口电路。从PWM驱动频率的确定、PID电流反馈控制机理和PWM程序实现3个方面分析了PWM驱动电磁比例调节阀的实现过程。将设计的控制平台应用到EBZ260型掘进机工程实践中,经过连续6个月的实践测试,发现其性能比较稳定,与原有系统相比较有了很大提升。
The control platform is the core of the roadheader equipment,and its performance will have an important impact on the efficiency and quality of the roadheader.Taking the EBZ260 cantilever roadheader,which is frequently used in coal mines,as the research object,on the basis of a brief introduction to the main technical parameters of the roadheader,the overall plan of the control platform based on the PLC controller was designed in detail.The controller model used in the control platform is Connect Core 6UL,and the signal acquisition circuit and communication interface circuit in the control platform were analyzed.The realization process of the PWM-driven electromagnetic proportional control valve is analyzed from three aspects:the determination of the PWM drive frequency,the PID current feedback control mechanism and the realization of the PWM program.The designed control platform was applied to the engineering practice of the EBZ260 roadheader.After 6 consecutive months of practical testing,it was found that its performance is relatively stable and has been greatly improved compared with the original system.
