摘要
在加工食品阶段,相关企业应在保证食品安全的基础上,最大限度保留食品营养价值,挖掘食品加工技术的应用潜力。基于此,本文分析了食品加工技术对食品安全及营养的影响,以供参考。
In the food processing stage,relevant enterprises should maximize the preservation of food nutritional value while ensuring food safety,and explore the potential application of food processing technology.Based on this,this article conducted in-depth analysis of the impact of food processing technology on food safety and nutrition,for reference.
