摘要
肉芽肿性乳腺炎和下肢结节红斑是发生于身体不同部位的非特异性炎症,其病因病机不明。肉芽肿性乳腺炎合并下肢结节红斑在临床上并不多见,文章从痰瘀毒讨论,治疗上运用清热解毒、化痰散结、活血通络之法,对常用药物进行分析,根据患者体质、病程所处阶段不同,辨证论治。
Granulomatous mastitis and erythema nodosum of the lower extremities are non-specific inflammations that occur in different parts of the body,and their etiology and pathogenesis are unknown.Granulomatous mastitis combined with nodular erythema of the lower limbs is rare in clinical practice.This article discusses the phlegm and blood stasis and toxins,and uses methods of clearing heat and detoxification,resolving phlegm and dissipating stagnation,and activating blood circulation and dredging meridians for treatment.It also analyzes the commonly used drugs.According to the patient Different physical constitutions and different stages of the disease require syndrome differentiation and treatment.
