摘要
目的探讨基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理干预结合饮食疗法对糖尿病合并前列腺增生术后患者饮食行为及康复情况的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2022年4月收治的86例糖尿病合并前列腺增生术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理干预结合饮食疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的遵医饮食行为、日常饮食管理行为、饮食依从性态度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、CD68、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ADOPT问题解决模式的护理干预联合饮食疗法不仅能够改善糖尿病合并前列腺增生术后患者的饮食行为,还能促进机体康复,减少术后并发症发生风险,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on ADOPT problem solving model combined with diet therapy on diet behavior and rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with prostatic hyperplasia after operation.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with prostatic hyperplasia admitted from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on ADOPT problem solving model combined with diet therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of dietary compliance behavior,daily dietary management behavior and dietary compliance attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),CD68 and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on ADOPT problem solving model combined with diet therapy can not only improve the diet behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with prostatic hyperplasia after operation,but also promote the recovery of the body and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion.
