摘要
随着对岩石矿物微量元素分析的需求日益增长,传统的分析方法已经无法满足精度和效率的要求,而微波消解-ICP-MS作为一种先进的技术优势显现。主要探讨了微波消解-ICP-MS的基本原理、性能特点及其在岩石矿物微量元素分析中的应用,通过对案例给出的样品进行分析,验证了其准确性与精密性,并与传统方法进行了比较,结果显示,微波消解-ICP-MS具有更高的精度和更快的分析速度。
With the increasing demand for trace element analysis of rocks and minerals,traditional analysis methods can no longer meet the requirements of accuracy and efficiency.However,microwave digestion ICP-MS,as an advanced technology,shows its advantages.The basic principle,performance characteristics,and application of microwave digestion ICP-MS in trace element analysis of rocks and minerals were mainly discussed.By analyzing the samples provided in the case,its accuracy and precision were verified,and compared with traditional methods.The results showed that microwave digestion ICP-MS has higher accuracy and faster analysis speed.
