摘要
由传染病引发的突发公共卫生事件一直以来都严重威胁着人民群众的生命健康安全。广大青年医务工作者在每一次传染病疫情防控工作中,充分发挥了生力军和突击队作用。在新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控中,广大青年医务工作者在医疗救治、筛查转运、志愿服务等各项工作中承担着重要工作任务。本文将围绕北京市相关医疗卫生机构青年医务工作者参与传染病疫情防控工作的协同治理机制构建展开探讨,并提出要从构建协同落实机制、信息共享机制、分工协作机制和服务保障机制四个层次的制度体系来推动协同治理。
Public health emergencies caused by infectious diseases have always been a serious threat to the lives and health of the people.Young medical workers have fully played the role of a new force and assault team in every epidemic prevention and control work.In the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus infection epidemic,young medical workers bear important tasks in medical treatment,screening and transportation,volunteer services and other work.This article focuses on the construction of a collaborative governance mechanism for young medical workers from relevant medical and health institutions in Beijing to participate in the prevention and control of infectious disease epidemics.It is proposed to promote collaborative governance from four levels of institutional system:building a collaborative implementation mechanism,information sharing mechanism,division of labor and cooperation mechanism,and service guarantee mechanism.
