摘要
目的 探究继续动机性访谈对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的干预效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年6月柳州市人民医院眼科收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组行常规健康教育,研究组开展继续动机性访谈。统计两组糖尿病自我管理活动问卷(the Summary of Diabete Self-care Activities, SDSCA)、视功能生存质量量表(Vision-related Quality of Life and Visual Function, QOLVF)评分以及两组血糖控制水平。结果 干预后,研究组SDSCA评分高于对照组,QOLVF评分低于对照组,血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 继续动机性访谈在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中可显著提高自我管理能力及生存质量,积极改善血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of continuing motivational interviews on patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were admitted in the ophthalmology department of Liuzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the study group received continuous motivational interview.The Summary of Diabete Self-care Activities(SDSCA),Vision-related Quality of Life and Visual Function(QOLVF)scores,and blood glucose control levels were counted in two groups.Results After intervention,the SDSCA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the QOLVF score was lower than that of the control group,and the blood glucose level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing motivational interviews in patients with diabetic retinopathy can significantly improve self-management ability and quality of survival,and positively improve the blood glucose level.
