摘要
目的:研究探讨红蓝光治疗仪结合微针射频痤疮治疗仪治疗痤疮、毛孔的临床疗效。方法:将2018年1月~2021年12月在本科室接受治疗的80例痤疮患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为2组,对照组采用微针射频痤疮治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予红蓝光治疗仪治疗,观察对比两组治疗后的情况。结果:两组患者治疗1、2个月后的治疗有效率对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后的治疗有效率97.50%高于对照组的72.50%,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的生活质量指标对比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的生活质量各水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的瘙痒、红斑以及灼热等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红蓝光治疗仪结合微针射频痤疮治疗仪治疗痤疮、毛孔具有积极意义,有效改善痤疮症状,安全有保障,具有临床价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of red and blue light therapy instrument combined with microneedle radiofrequency acne therapy instrument in the treatment of acne and pores.Methods:A total of 80 acne patients who received treatment in the undergraduate room from January 2018 to December 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with microneedles radiofrequency acne therapy apparatus,and the observation group was treated with red and blue light therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.The situation after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in effective rate 1 and 2 months after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate of 97.50%was higher than that of the control group(72.50%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the quality of life index between the two groups(P>0.05),and after treatment,the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pruritus,erythema and burning in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Red and blue light therapy instrument combined with microneedle radiofrequency acne therapy instrument for the treatment of acne has positive significance in the treatment of acne pores,effectively improve acne symptoms,safety and guarantee,very clinical value.
