摘要
隐球菌脑膜炎是隐球菌侵犯中枢神经系统的感染性疾病,可见于T淋巴细胞缺陷人群,该类人群存在长期大剂量应用糖皮质激素治疗、器官移植、恶性肿瘤、HIV感染等情况,但罗伦隐球菌感染人类较罕见。现汇报1例艾滋病患者感染罗伦隐球菌,致罗伦隐球菌脑膜炎合并肺隐球菌病的病例,并就该病的发病机制、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断治疗等进行探讨,为临床诊治艾滋病合并隐球菌脑膜炎提供参考。
Cryptococcal meningitis is an infectious disease of the central nervous system caused by the invasion of cryptococci,which can be seen in T-cell-deficient people with long-term high-dose glucocorticoid therapy,organ transplantation,malignant tumors,and human immunodeficiency virus infection,but Cryptococcus laurentii infection in humans is rare.Here we report a case of Cryptococcus laurentii infection in AIDS patients,which caused cryptococcal meningitis combined with pulmonary cryptococcosis,and discuss the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,auxiliary examinations,diagnosis and treatment of this disease,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIDS combined with cryptococcal meningitis.
