雅万高铁简统化接触网系统应用实践 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国高铁建设的持续发展,既有接触网暴露出零部件结构形式、规格及种类多样化,部分零部件服役性能不佳以及核心零部件自主化程度不高、升级换代滞后等问题。针对雅万高铁应用的简统化接触网,围绕腕臂和定位装置等核心关键装备,从结构、材质、连接方式、制造工艺及安装等方面开展研究,形成特点鲜明、具有自主品牌、装备水平提升和服役性能优良的中国标准接触网装备。同时,综合考虑雅万高铁沿线环境、气候、施工、运维以及海外项目等影响因素,从接触网简统化产品结构、制造、防腐、包装、预配、安装及维护等方面,开展中国标准体系的简统化接触网装备应用实践,实现雅万高铁性能最优、安全可靠、运行稳定的运营需求。 With the continuous advancements of high speed railway construction in China,the existing OCSs exhibit problems such as various structural types,specifications and types of components,poor service performance of some components,low autonomy degree of core components,and lagging upgrading.For the simplified and unified OCS used for the Jakarta-Bandung HSR,a study is carried out on core equipment in key fields such as cantilevers and registration devices from the aspects of structure,material,connection mode,manufacturing process,and installation to develop China’s standard OCS equipment with distinctive characteristics,independent brands,improved capacity,and excellent service performance.At the same time,in consideration of the impacts such as environment,climate,construction,O&M,and the nature of an overseas project of Jakarta-Bandung HSR,the simplified and unified OCS equipment complying with China’s standard system is applied in the aspects of structure,manufacturing,corrosion protection,packaging,pre-assembly,installation and maintenance of simplified and unified OCS products,so as to meet the operational requirements of optimal performance,safety,reliability and stable operation of Jakarta-Bandung HSR.
