新型接触网支持和定位零部件研究 被引量:13

Research on the New Support and Positioning Parts of Catenary

摘要 研究目的:随着我国高速铁路开通里程和运营时间不断增长,接触网零部件露出一些不足和改进空间。一是零部件技术来自于不同国家,存在零部件结构型式、规格及种类多样化,且互不相容;二是我国地大物博、自然环境复杂,基于原型技术的个别国产化零部件服役性能不高;三是核心零部件的升级、换代明显滞后,自主化程度极低。所以有必要对接触网支持和定位关键零部件进行探索研究,力争打造自主品牌,提高装备简统化水平和服役性能。研究结论:(1)通过对新型零部件性能、结构、材质及工艺等方面的深入研究,采用结构简约化、零件集成化设计理念,提出了具有完全自主知识产权的新型接触网零部件;(2)简统化水平和施工维护效率大幅提升;(3)零部件采用铰链抱箍、销轴铰接、精密锻造等先进技术,服役性能得以提升,全寿命周期成本更低,具有推广应用价值。 Research purposes : With the increasing of the distance and operation time of high-speed railway, the catenary technology and the product exposed some deficiencies and improved space. First, the technology of parts that introduced from different countries have different structure, standard and category, and the parts of which can’t match from each other; second,China has a vast territory,complex environment,the domestic catenary parts have poor service performance; third, the upgrade and change of core catenary parts fall behind, the degree of autonomy is low.Therefore, it is necessary to develop the support and positioning device parts of catenary, create the autonomous brand,and improve the service performance of simplified and unified catenary parts.Research conclusions :(1) Through the thorough research of the performance, structure, material, technology of the new catenary parts, the new catenary parts adopt the concept of simplified structure, integrated parts.(2) The level of simplified and unified and the efficiency of construction and maintenance can be enormously improved.(3) The new catenary parts has the advanced technology of hinge, hoop, and precision forging, the service performance has been improved, the entire life cycle cost is lower, which have high value of popularization and application.
