基于SimMan Essential的新型临床教学方法在医学生哮喘规范化诊疗学习中的应用

摘要 目的研究基于SimMan Essential智能模拟人(高仿真模拟训练系统)构建的支气管哮喘急性发作诊疗过程的临床教学方法对医学生临床能力的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在湖州市中心医院临床技能中心实习的临床专业本科实习医生90名为研究对象,以随机数表法分为模拟组和对照组(每组45名),进行支气管哮喘急性发作诊疗过程的教学。模拟组学员在高仿真模拟系统上接受训练,对照组学员接受传统教学方法培训。比较两组培训前后的得分,同时比较模拟组学员培训前后对高仿真模拟训练的自我评价。结果培训后,两组支气管哮喘急性发作抢救操作评分均高于培训前,且模拟组得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,模拟组学员对目标与预期一致、课程兴趣程度、模拟真实性、程序实用性、危重识别速度、程序执行充分性、模拟后处理能力、未来实践的影响得的评价均优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过SimMan Essential智能模拟人系统再现完整的支气管哮喘急性发作诊疗过程,改变了传统的教学方式,在有限的学时中尽力地调动学生的学习热情及积极性,提升临床能力。 Objective To study the influence of a clinical teaching method based on SimMan Essential intelligent simulation(high simulation simulation training system)of bronchial asthma acute attack diagnosis and treatment pro-cess on the clinical ability of medical students.Methods A total of 90 undergraduate clinical doctors practicing in the Clinical Skill Center of Huzhou Central Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a simulation group and a control group(45 in each group)by random number table method to teach the di-agnosis and treatment process of acute asthma attacks.Participants in the simulation group were trained on a high simulation system,while participants in the control group were trained on traditional teaching methods.The scores of the two groups before and after training were compared,and the self-evaluation of the participants in the simulation group on the high simulation training was compared before and after the training.Results After the traning,the scores of rescue operation for acute attack of bronchial asthma in both groups were higher than before training,and the scores of simulation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After the training the participants in the simulation group were better than those befroe the training in terms of the consistency of goals and expectations,the degree of interest in the course,the authenticity of the simula-tion,the practicability of the program,the speed of critical identification,the adequacy of the program execution,the ability of post-simulation processing,and the impact of future practice,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SimMan Essential intelligent human simulation system regenerates the complete diagnosis and treatment process of acute attack of bronchial asthma,changes the traditional teaching method,and tries to mobilize students'learning enthusiasm and enthusiasm in limited class hours to improve clinical ability.
