摘要
通过对轻烃回收装置液化气中C5组分超标情况进行原因分析,发现是稳定塔进料温度波动、带炼T-35104罐污油、加工脱丁烷塔顶气、稳定塔塔顶水冷器冷却效果不佳等因素所造成。对稳定塔重沸器温度、塔42层温度、塔进料温度、塔顶压力等工艺参数进行优化调整,产品分析报告显示,液化气C5组分含量均≯3%,产品质量满足工艺要求,为同类装置的安全经济运行积累了经验。
The reasons for the excessive C 5 components in liquefied petroleumgas(LPG)with light hydrocarbon recovery unit were analyzed.It was found that it was caused by the fluctuation of the feed temperature about stabilizer tower,the poor cooling effect of T-35104 tank slop oil,processing the top gas of the debutanizer,and the water cooler at the top of the stabilizer tower.The process parameters that were the temperature of the reboiler of the stabilization tower,the temperature of the 42nd layer of the tower,the temperature of the tower feed,and the pressure at the top of the tower were optimized and adjusted.The fluctuation of the content about LPG C 5 was all≯3%,which was shown by the product analysis report.Process requirements for product quality were reached.Experience was accumulated for the safe and economical operation of the similar devices.
