摘要
针对雅克拉集气站液化气塔产品饱和蒸气压超标问题,从塔进料、回流量、塔顶冷凝量等方面进行分析,并根据实际情况,从流程、运行管理、操作方式等进行了优化和调整,使产品质量达到了标准要求,提高了雅站储存、长途运输的安全性。
To solve the problem of over high saturated vapor pressure of the product from LPG tower in Yakela Gas Gathering Station,this paper analyzes the tower feed,reflux and overhead condensing volume,and optimizes and adjusts the process,operation management and operating methods according to the actual situations.The product quality meets the requirements of relevant standards,and the storage and long-distance transportation safety of the station is improved.
