摘要
目的:观察骨伤合剂联合碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月—2022年2月海安市中医院收治的100例骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料。根据用药方法的不同将其分为联合组和单一治疗组,各50例。单一治疗组给予碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗,联合组在单一治疗组基础上给予骨伤合剂治疗。比较两组用药前后相关指标、骨密度,临床疗效,时间指标及不良反应。结果:用药1个月后,联合组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿胀程度评分均低于单一治疗组,用药后,联合组Harris评分、生活质量评分均高于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组优良率高于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,联合组患侧Wards三角、患侧大粗隆、腰椎正位、健侧股骨颈骨密度均高于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于单一治疗组,术后完全负重行走时间早于单一治疗组,骨折愈合率高于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨伤合剂联合碳酸钙D_(3)片治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果显著,能够减轻术后疼痛,减少不良反应。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bone Wound Mixture combined with Calcium Carbonate D_(3) Tablets in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Method:The clinical data of 100 patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Hai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different medication methods,they were divided into combination group and single treatment group,50 cases in each group.The single treatment group was treated with Calcium Carbonate D_(3) Tablets,and the combination group was treated with Bone Wound Mixture on the basis of the single treatment group.The relevant indexes,bone mineral density before and after medication,clinical efficacy,time indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 month of medication,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and swelling degree score of the combination group were lower than those of the single treatment group,while the Harris score and quality of life score after medication of the combination group were higher than those of the single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the combination group was higher than that of the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the bone mineral density of Wards triangle on the affected side,greater trochanter on the affected side,lumbar anteroposterior and healthy side femoral neck in combination group were higher than those in single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay and fracture healing time of combination group were shorter than those of single treatment group,and the walking time of full weight-bearing after operation was earlier than that of single treatment group,and the fracture healing rate was higher than that of single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Bone Wound Mixture combined with Calcium Carbonate D_(3) Tablets in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur is significant,it can alleviate postoperative pain and reduce adverse reactions.
