摘要
目的探讨对妊娠糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素完成治疗后获得的临床效果,并分析对血糖水平产生的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2022年7月山东省临沂市河东医院收治的58例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依据投掷硬币法分为两组,参照组(29例)采用生物合成人胰岛素完成疾病治疗;研究组(29例)采用门冬胰岛素完成疾病治疗;比较两组患者的用药治疗总有效率、临床指标、血糖达标时间以及母婴不良事件发生率。结果研究组用药治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖水平、血红蛋白水平以及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组空腹血糖、餐后血糖达标时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组母婴不良事件(巨大儿、低血糖、妊高症以及早产)总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对妊娠糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素完成治疗后,能够提升患者治疗效果,改善血糖指标,缩短血糖达标时间以及减少母婴不良事件的发生,促进妊娠糖尿病患者的良好预后。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with the use of insulin aspart,and to analyze the impact on blood glucose levels.Methods 58 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Hedong Hospital of Linyi City,Shandong Province from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to coin tossing method.The control group(29 cases)was treated with biosynthetic human insulin.The study group(29 cases)was treated with insulin aspartate.The total effective rate,clinical indexes,blood glucose compliance time and the incidence of adverse events were com-pared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of drug treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting insulin level,insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose level,hemoglobin level and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose reaching time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events(macrosomia,hypoglycemia,pregnancy-induced hypertension and preterm birth)in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the clini-cal treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with insulin aspartate,it can improve the therapeutic effect of pa-tients,improve the blood glucose index,shorten the time of blood glucose compliance,reduce the occurrence of mater-nal and infant adverse events,and promote the good prognosis of gestational diabetes patients.
