摘要
目的:分析血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-32(IL-32)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平与细菌性肺炎患儿病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年7月至2022年7月该院收治的106例细菌性肺炎患儿的临床资料,设为观察组,并根据病情严重程度将其分为重症肺炎患儿51例和非重症肺炎患儿55例。另回顾性分析同期于该院行健康体检的106名健康儿童的临床资料,设为对照组。比较观察组与对照组、重症肺炎患儿与非重症肺炎患儿血清IL-8、IL-32、TNF-α水平,采取Spearman相关性分析血清IL-8、IL-32、TNF-α水平与细菌性肺炎患儿病情严重程度的相关性。结果:观察组血清IL-8、IL-32、TNF-α水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症肺炎患儿血清IL-8、IL-32、TNF-α水平均高于非重症肺炎患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,血清IL-8、IL-32、TNF-α水平均与细菌性肺炎患儿病情严重程度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-8、IL-32、TNF-α水平与细菌性肺炎患儿病情严重程度均呈正相关。
Objective:To analyze correlations among serum interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-32(IL-32),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels and severity of bacterial pneumonia in children.Methods:The clinical data of 106 children with bacterial pneumonia admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and they set as the observation group.According to the severity of the disease,they were divided into 51 children with severe pneumonia and 55 children with non-severe pneumonia.The clinical data of 106 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the control group.The serum levels of IL-8,IL-32 and TNF-αwere compared between the observation group and control group groups as well as the children with severe pneumonia and non-severe pneumonia.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the serum IL-8,IL-32,TNF-αlevels and the severity of bacterial pneumonia in the children.Results:The levels of serum IL-8,IL-32 and TNF-αin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-8,IL-32 and TNF-αin the children with severe pneumonia were higher than those in the children with non-severe pneumonia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum IL-8,IL-32 and TNF-αlevels were positively correlated with the severity of bacterial pneumonia in the children(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of serum IL-8,IL-32 and TNF-αare positively correlated with the severity of bacterial pneumonia in the children.
