摘要
目的:探讨苏黄止咳汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年6月本院收治的72例小儿慢性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将患儿分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用苏黄止咳汤治疗。分析比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophil,EOS)、炎症因子、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分、静脉血EOS水平、红细胞沉降率(Erythrocyte sedimentation Rate,ESR)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、铁蛋白(Serum ferritin,SF)水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:苏黄止咳汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的疗效确切,可有效改善患儿中医证候评分、EOS,有助于抑制机体炎症反应,并未增加不良反应发生风险。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Decoction combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic cough in children.Methods:A total of 72 children with chronic cough admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table,the children were divided into control group and study group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium,and the study group was treated with Suhuang cough decoction combined with montelukast sodium.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,eosinophilic granulocyte(EOS),inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,venous blood EOS level,erythrocyte settlement rate(ESR)and levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),ferritin(SF)in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the reduction was more significant in the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Suhuang Zhike Decoction combined with Montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of chronic cough in children,which can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score and EOS of children,help inhibit the body's inflammatory response,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
