厦门市部分体检人群血尿酸水平调查及相关因素分析 被引量:3

Investigation of Serum Uric Acid Level and Analysis of Related Factors in Some Physical Examination Population in Xiamen

摘要 目的 了解厦门市部分体检人群高尿酸血症发病率及分析其相关危险因素。方法 选择2019年1月至2022年3月厦门弘爱医院的体检人群,比较不同性别及年龄段高尿酸血症发病率和血清学指标的关系。结果 本研究中男性高尿酸血症整体发病率43.65%,女性高尿酸血症整体发病率15.48%,男性总体发病率高于女性(P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,白蛋白、总蛋白、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白是发生高尿酸血症的危险因素,而总胆固醇、空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白是发生高尿酸血症的保护因素(P<0.001)。结论 厦门市部分体检人群的男性高尿酸血症的发病率高于女性,不同年龄段的发病率有差异。生化指标中的总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白可能促进高尿酸血症的发生,而总胆固醇、空腹血糖和高密度脂蛋白可能阻止高尿酸血症的发生。 Objective To understand the incidence of hyperuricemia in some physical examination population in Xiamen City and analyze its related risk factors.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the physical examination population in Xiamen Hong'ai Hospital from January 2019 to March 2022.The relationship between the incidence of hyperuricemia and serum indicators in different genders and age groups was compared.Results The overall incidence of hyperuricemia in men in this study was 43.65%,and the overall incidence in women was 15.48%,with the incidence in men being significantly higher than that in women(P<0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that albumin,total protein,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein were risk factors for hyperuricemia,while total cholesterol,fasting blood,and high-density lipoprotein were inhibitory factors for hyperuricemia(P<0.001).Conclusions The incidence of hyperuricemia in some physical examination population in Xiamen City is higher in men than in women,and the incidence varies among different age groups.The biochemical indicators such as total protein,albumin,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein may promote the occurrence of hyperuricemia,while total cholesterol,fasting blood sugar,and high-density lipoprotein may prevent the occurrence of hyperuricemia.
