摘要
本文分析了新常态下的环境监察执法要求,并结合具体的要求及重难点,进一步提出环境监察执法的科学对策,以期更好地为高质量环境监察执法工作的开展进行科学指导。
This paper analyzed the requirements of environmental supervision and law enforcement under the new normal,further proposed scientific countermeasures for environmental supervision and law enforcement in combination with specific requirements and key diffi culties,in order to better provide scientifi c guidance for the development of high-quality environmental inspection and law enforcement.
